HADASSAH
HADASSAH, the Women's Zionist Organization of America, is a volunteer women's organization, whose members are motivated and inspired to strengthen their partnership with Israel, ensure Jewish continuity, and realize their potential as a dynamic force in American society. Founded in 1912, Hadassah retains the passion and timeless values of its founder, Henrietta Szold, Jewish scholar and activist, who was dedicated to Judaism, Zionism, and the American ideal. Committed to the centrality of Israel based on the renaissance of the Jewish people in its historic homeland, Hadassah promotes the unity of the Jewish people. In Israel, Hadassah initiates and supports pace-setting health care, education and youth institutions, and land development to meet the country's changing needs. Dor Chadash
Dor Chadash is a dynamic community, empowering a strong network of Israeli and American Jews to: Create meaningful connections with Israel through cutting edge programs and engaging events focused on Israeli culture, heritage and current events. Develop social bonds with members who are equally passionate about Israel. Become actively involved in the local, national and global Jewish community. Since October 2003, Dor Chadash has successfully carried out more than 175 programs attended by more than 30,000 Israeli and American Jews in the New York area. We have discovered an incredible need among Jews in New York to connect with Israel in an authentic way. From providing educational events with prominent Israeli speakers, to showcasing the best of Israeli cultural offerings, to dancing to Israeli pop music on Jewish holidays, Dor Chadash has something for everyone who is passionate about Israel. Central to our mission is that we use the energy and passion of volunteers to carry out extremely innovative Israel-related programs that appeal to a diverse and sophisticated group of Israeli and American Jews. Who attends Dor Chadash events? Individuals who are passionate about Israel's history, culture and contemporary life. You don't have to speak Hebrew to join our group, though a large percentage of us do. We were born in the United States, Israel and other countries. The majority of us have lived in Israel at some point and travel often to visit family members who still live there. Most of us are between 25 and 40 years of age.

Friends of the Israel Defense Forces(FIDF)
In 1942, David Ben-Gurion established the Committee for the Welfare of Soldiers, whose first order of business was rounding up donations of blankets for the young Jewish men and women of the Yishuv's fledgling Jewish Brigade. Now named the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel's Soldiers, this independent, non-profit organization has come a long way and has made major contributions to the State of Israel. Neither the government, nor the Israel Defense Forces, nor any other body subsidizes the Association. Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) is the American partner of the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel's Soldiers. FIDF helps support social, educational and recreational programs and facilities for the young men and women soldiers of Israel who defend the Jewish homeland. We also provide these services to the families of soldiers who have fallen in defense of Israel. FIDF is a tax-deductible organization by US law. FIDF support includes building, maintaining and operating 17 modern and sophisticated facilities, establishing and renovating hundreds of clubrooms and fitness rooms on IDF bases, and constant caring for each and every IDF soldier through a variety of unique programs. All this has been achieved thanks only to the continuous endeavors of FIDF, its friends, and dedicated supporters.

The Museum of Jewish Heritage
When the Museum of Jewish Heritage - A Living Memorial to the Holocaust first opened its doors on September 15, 1997, visitors gained a vital perspective on 20th century Jewish history. Created as a living memorial to those who perished during the Holocaust, our Museum honors those who died by celebrating their lives - cherishing the traditions that they embraced, examining their achievements and faith, and affirming the vibrant worldwide Jewish community that is their legacy today. The two quotes that define the Museum's mission - Remember, Never Forget…There Is Hope For Your Future - also define the Museum's perspective on the events of the twentieth century Jewish experience. Although the Museum centers on life before, during, and after the Holocaust, the obligation to remember is enriched and enhanced by a commitment to the principles of social justice, education, and culture. Through collections and testimony, the core exhibition invites visitors to look back through Jewish history and ahead to the future. Now, the Robert M. Morgenthau Wing will help visitors to look within as well. The Morgenthau Wing is a place for reflection, education, and action. Through interactive learning environments and ambitious cultural programming, the 82,000 square-foot wing encourages people to explore their own family histories. The Morgenthau Wing is also the venue for performances, education and instruction, special exhibitions, remembrance, and special events.

RJeneration
We came to America as kids, brought by our parents. Some were born enroute, and some were born here. We are a generation of Americans with a second culture and language, a Russian heritage, Jewish roots, and a defining immigrant experience. We've juggled our "hybrid" Russian-Jewish-American identity throughout our lives. We speak English without an accent. Many of us went to the top high schools and colleges in the country. We speak Russian... well, kinda. Some better than others. Runglish is more our style. We're Jewish, despite yeshiva traumas. We're in our 20's and 30's, busy building successful careers in every imaginable field. Some of us are already household names - Sergey Brin, Gary Shteyngart, Regina Spektor, David Bezmozgis, Lenny Krayzelberg and Mila Kunis. Many others are sure to follow and make their mark. Meet people with stories just like yours. Make connections and new friends.

American Comittee for Shaare Zedek Medical Center
For more than a century, Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem, a 500-bed facility located in the center of the city, has been known as the Hospital with a Heart. Patients have consistently streamed to our hospital, seeking top level treatment in a compassionate, supportive and nurturing environment. Today, while our reputation as the most exceptional hospital for health care treatment continues to grow, Shaare Zedek has taken its commitment to its patients to the next level by providing industry leading, cutting-edge medical care. Shaare Zedek first opened its doors as a 20-bed facility on Jaffa Road in 1902 with Dr. Moshe Wallach serving as the Medical Director for the first 46 years. In 1979, now a thriving and esteemed medical facility, the hospital moved to a more central location, a 14-acre site opposite Mt. Herzl. To fully ensure the safety of its patients, the first three stories of the ten-floor complex, housing vital areas such as the operating theaters, Emergency Room, Pharmacy and medical supplies, were built underground, so that even in times of military attack, the hospital can continue to function. Shaare Zedek is a public non-profit hospital with 40,000 admissions, 125,000 outpatient visits and 60,000 Emergency visits annually. As our departments gain international acclaim, the spectrum of treated ailments and diseases has become as vast as the diversity of the population we treat. Our staff of more than 2000 employees is made up of the most highly acclaimed and sought after physicians, nurses and medical professionals in their respective fields. From the most advanced procedures in Laparoscopic Surgery to the latest technology in robotics, from the treating of victims of terror and IDF soldiers, to expectant mothers needing advanced prenatal care; from seniors with tragic illnesses like Alzheimer's disease, to cancer patients fighting for their lives, we provide a full range of services at the highest level to every patient who walks through our doors. Like all other hospitals in Jerusalem, Shaare Zedek does not receive ANY funding from the Israeli government and therefore we rely on the generosity of our friends and family from around the world to help us to continue to provide the healthcare experience our patients have come to expect.

Mann and Zubin Mehta , who created an endowment fund in the United States to ensure the IPO's future.

Hazon
The word hazon is Hebrew for "vision." Our vision is to create a healthier and more sustainable Jewish community -- as a step towards a healthier and more sustainable world for all. Our vision is of a renewed Jewish community: one that is rooted in Jewish tradition, engaged with the world around us, radically inclusive, passionate and creative. Our vision is of a community that fosters people's journeys, that engenders compassion among its members, and that recognizes that there are shivim panim l'torah - seventy ways to understand the Torah. Our vision is of a community in which people's lives are enriched through engagement and challenge: engagement across difference, with those of different ages or backgrounds or beliefs, and challenge, both physical and intellectual, a mechanism for learning, growing and acting. Our vision is of a community that engages vitally with the world in which we live, and in doing so achieves two things: the renewal of Jewish life itself, and the addition of a further chapter in the distinctive contribution that Jewish people have made to the world for three thousand years.
