I live in a nice first floor 2-bedroom apartment on Central Park North and close to Morningside Park. There is a nice open kitchen with windows that look right onto the park. We have laundary in the basement.

There is the B/C train less than a block away, and the 2/3 train just 2 blocks away.

My roommate is a nice guy from Toronto who is finishing up Cantorial School at JTS and he keeps kosher.
