Celebrate Sukkot with delicious meals representative of a bountiful autumn harvest. Create Syrian crushed wheat “caviar” with onions, tomatoes, cumin, and tamarind; sweet and spicy pumpkin-squash dip with ginger, cumin, and hot pepper; Syrian stuffed cabbage with rice, chickpeas, raisins, and sweet and sour tomato sauce; Moroccan filo triangles with fig and apricot preserves and brown sugar-honey syrup; and sweet black tea with rosewater and cracked cardamom. A Meatless Mondays offering.
