Although Korean cuisine is widely known for its bbq meat dishes, its home cooking is largely composed of flavorful, healthful, simple vegetable dishes. Create creamy pecan soup with pine nuts and brown rice; squash-noodle soup with handmade green tea noodles (nokcha kalguksu); daikon radish salad (mu saengchae); stovetop rice with seasonal vegetables; and steamed honey pears.
