What are Jewish spiritual practices and how can they uniquely enrich our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with Torah?
This workshop includes several different types of Jewish meditation centering on the body, mind, and soul.
Mira Neshama Niculescu is a Paris-born scholar in Sociology of Religion, and a student of Jewish spirituality and meditation in Paris and in New York. In 2013 she founded Neshama, a Jewish meditation Project aiming at promoting the beauty of Jewish spirituality in our daily lives.
For both beginners and experienced meditators, for those for whom Jewish prayer and mitzvot are foreign, and for those who are familiar but wish to refresh and deepen their approach to Torah.
