When: THE PARTY HAS NOW BEEN POSTPONED TO MONDAY NIGHT 8PM

Where: The Hudson Beach Cafe (beautiful outdoor bar on the river) inside Riverside Park in Manhattan (Address: Enter Riverside Park at West 103rd Street and follow the Tubav Signs to the Bar!) 8pm to 2am

Who: 1,000 Jewish Singles - Everyone Wears White! 20s, 30s, 40s

What: Drinks, Kosher Nosh, DJ, Outdoors, On the river! tons of space!

Attire: Everyone Wears White!

How it works: Everyone wears a cheesy sticker with a number on it. You write down a # and they write you down. We set you up on a date! We have had 6 Married couples from this!

What is Tubav? Tu B'av is the 15th of Av. Historically, on Tu B'Av, young Jewish women would wear borrowed white clothing - so no one would stand out by their wealth - and dance outdoors in the vineyards, where single males would watch with a hopeful eye. The young men were advised to choose wisely and not focus on a woman's physical beauty, but on her overall virtues.
