From fritters and soup to pies and dessert, Chef Jennifer will teach you how to use this holiday staple in more ways than one! Recipes may include crispy matzah leek fritters with dill and parsley; matzah “pasta” soup with onions, garlic, and turmeric; fried matzah potato pies; matzah meal- feta cheese pie with spinach, dill, and parsley; and chocolate-dipped dried apricots and matzah squares.
