Randi StoneMany factors can weaken pelvic floor muscles, including pregnancy, childbirth, surgery, aging and being overweight. If these muscles weaken, you may lose bladder control when you sneeze. If they are too tight, you may have lower back, pelvic, or hip pain. Join us for an intimate conversation on a private matter in a safe, encouraging environment. Learn simple exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor that include variations of Kegels and reverse Kegels, as well as other complementary exercises. Wear loose-fitting clothing.
