Israeli tech nerds prove once and for all that actual Snails and Pigeons are faster than your DSL

After proving last year that pigeons can transfer data faster than broadband ADSL, Israeli technologists have found an even much faster method: SNAP (SNAil-based data transfer Protocol).: Employing snails strapped to Ben-Hur style chariots with DVD’s as wheels, the group found SNAP to transfer data faster than any other conventional technology. The only downside I see is that if these fast-running, lettuce-eating African snails become the de facto Internet standard in the home, will our salads ever be safe again?
