Rob Bloom has won the national screenwriter's award sponsored by Screenvision.

Bloom recently entered a screenwriting contest where he competed with thousands of other writers across the country for the privilege of having a short script produced. As the sole winner, Bloom's script Suburban Bravery is on its way to the big screen.

The “Short Script-Big Screen” Competition was sponsored by Screenvision (www.screenvision.com), the world's leading cinema advertising company.

Bloom, a contributor to bangitout.com with his Gentile TIVO, let us know that John Lutz (“Saturday Night Live,” “30 Rock”) and Miriam Tolan (“Second City,” “Late Night with Conan O'Brien”) will star in his upcoming award winning flick.  Can't hardly wait!
